Lake One is a specimen lake consisting of Carp up to 25 lbs.

The lake is approx’ 2 acres with a small island in the centre.

Lake Two has Carp from 2lbs – 8lbs, Tench, Bream from 1lbs – 6 lbs and also has Grass Carp from 1 lbs – 10 lbs.

There is over 20 pegs on this lake, giving fisherman plenty of choice of position.

Lake Three is a great match pond, it has Carp from 1 lbs – 8 lbs as well as Roach and Tench. This lake also has a island in the middle.
